Who we are

Forcioli Home Agents is a private household tool run by the Forcioli-Anspach family for its own use. It is not offered to the public. Contact: aiassistant.forcioli@gmail.com.

What data we access

With the account owner's permission, the tool uses Google's Gmail API with read-only access (the gmail.readonly scope) to one mailbox only: aiassistant.forcioli@gmail.com. It reads the messages and attachments in that mailbox, which are emails forwarded there by family members. It cannot send, modify or delete emails, and it does not access any other Google account or Google data.

How we use it

• To check that an email was forwarded by a family member, and to set aside anything else unprocessed.
• To sort emails into categories (for example bills, receipts, travel) and extract key details such as amounts, dates and reference numbers.
• To send the family member who forwarded an email a short confirmation on WhatsApp.

The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train AI models.

Where data is stored and who processes it

• Emails, attachments and extracted details are stored on a computer in the family's home, on an encrypted disk.
• To sort emails and extract details, the text of a forwarded email is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes it on our behalf as a service provider under Anthropic's commercial terms.
• Short confirmation messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta).
• We do not share the data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Copies of emails, attachments and extracted details are kept on our computer for up to 12 months and then deleted. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's security settings (Third-party connections), which stops the tool from reading the mailbox.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Forcioli Home Agents' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
